Principal Accountabilities: - Assist in updating and implementation of Fraud Risk Management Framework, Policy and related procedures within the Bank. - Develop, produce, update and circulate the fraud report suite to management on regular basis. - Coordinate within the Bank for conducting Fraud Risk Assessments and implementation of FRA recommendations. - Help review products / services / processes from fraud perspective. - Responsible for reporting of Frauds events, control issues, industry trends etc. Make suggestions for control improvements. - Implement Fraud monitoring tools in the Bank along with various stake holders. - Developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI's) - Conduct fraud awareness campaigns and learning program across the organisation. - Assist in development of Internal fraud database within the Bank. - Build collaborative and excellent working relationships with internal/external stakeholders. - Maintain a level of professional knowledge and competence through training and other development opportunities and keep abreast of latest trends in the industry. Personnel Specifications: - Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines. - ACFE qualification preferred. - Deep knowledge of fraud risk, operations and relevant technology. - Methodical, thorough and attentive to detail - A minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in the area of fraud risk management, preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong communication skills, an excellent team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to drive results and work independently. - Clear verbal and written communication skills
