JD :

- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering results-driven analytics solutions with proven business value

- Great analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, with expertise in analytical toolkits

- A background in Statistics / Econometrics / Applied Math / Operations Research / MBA

- Ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced environment that young companies operate in

- Completely responsible for delivering Analytics-driven solutions to clients from offshore

- Manage a team of 10+ people and deliver to exceed client expectations

- Co-ordinate with onsite consultants to ensure high quality, on-time delivery

- Take responsibility for technical skill-building within the organization (training, process definition, research of new tools and techniques, etc)
