You'll be a valuable addition to our team if you have:

- A minimum of 5 years- of hands-on experience in delivering results-driven analytics solutions with proven business value

- Prior experience in e-commerce domain would be favorable - Great analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, with expertise in analytical toolkits

- A background in Statistics / Econometrics / Applied Math / Operations Research / MBA

- Ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced environment that young companies operate in

- Strong planning and project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

- Strong story-telling & articulation skills - ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience

- Strong influence and relationship management skills; comfortable interacting with all management levels; Prior experience in providing strategic analysis and consulting

- Track record of delivering strong business results

We would expect you to:

- Be completely responsible for delivering analytics-driven solutions to clients from offshore

- Manage a team of 10+ people and deliver to exceed client expectations

- Co-ordinate with onsite consultants to ensure high quality, on-time delivery

- Translate business problems into analytic solution requirements and work with the team to develop high quality solutions

- Communicate effectively with client / offshore team to manage client expectations and ensure timeliness and quality of insights

- Develop expertise in client's business and help translate that into increasingly high value added advisory solutions to client

- Oversee Project Delivery to ensure team meets the quality, productivity and SLA objectives

- Grow the account in terms of revenue and the size of the team

- Take responsibility for technical skill-building within the organization (training, process definition, research of new tools and techniques, etc.)
