Asst. Manager - Analytics (for MIS Reporting Team) - Bangalore Area

Job Description:

The role is with the MIS / Reporting team, involving hands on work as well as assisting the Team Lead in managing the team:

- Execute Production Tasks (Reports, MIS, Ad hocs) as per the agreed upon schedule

- Optimization and automation of existing reports

- Insights Generations on the existing reports and red flagging of issues

- Undertake adhoc and strategic analysis as per client requirement

- Support Team Lead in project management / operations management / team management

- Manage/ mentor a sub-team

Required Qualification

- 5+ years- experience in analytics

- Banking analytics experience preferable

- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAS is mandatory

- Knowledge of MS Access, SQL & Visual Basic will be an advantage

- Strong written and oral communication skills
