They need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Assistant Manager - Ad Sales  Education : Graduate/ MBA  Experience : 4 -5 years  Location : New Delhi  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - This role is to garner ad revenue for one of the magazines owned by this media house. Position will report to Regional Manager - North. Would be handling categories like Luxury, Consumer durables and Consumer non durables.   - Experience of handling other categories like travel would be an additional advantage.   - Expected revenue handled - 2 crores approximately annually. Apart from Ad revenue would also sell events & digital medium.  - The incumbent will be responsible to/ for Developing relations with key clients and agencies. Defining and understanding the categories. Generating New client base both for regular issue and Events. Maximum Market Coverage.   - Close interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Handle all initiatives that the company may decide to take up in the specific category/ region/ location. Maintain contact with all customers on a regular basis and in a planned manner.   - Maintaining a a robust client database. Continuous competition tracking. Keep continuous track of self- performance against stated goals and initiate timely corrective action if & when required.  - The incumbent should have had a thorough understanding & exposure to corporate clients and advertising agencies.
