Roles and Responsibilities:

- This position is responsible for overviewing Postpaid/Prepaid/PCO/Enterprise channel Management & payout related matters, managing monthly SAC payouts to various channels, Analysis of different SAC schemes and aiding the management in cost saving initiatives, controlling wastages in SAC, monthly provisions pertaining to SAC, channel partner management in terms of obtaining NDC- s, resolving disputes, clearing Full & final settlements & related audit handling, Analysis of sim/welcome kit costs,other dealer related costs, televerification, telecalling & documentation cost analysis.

- This position is also responsible for Timely closure of all the month end activities to meet the reporting deadlines of Corporate (IGAAP & IFRS). Ensure that all monthly provisions are correctly and appropriately made. Ensure that all Corporate and Consol monthly deliverables are sent as per timelines.

- Monthly review of Trial Balance and preparation of Schedules for various lines of P&L and Balance Sheet for revenue, expenses and other items. Preparation of balancesheet reconciliations. Co-ordinate for external audit, internal and other statutory audits including Tax and cost audits. Preparation of monthly cashflow & variance analysis.

- Overviewing Distributor management in terms of on boarding of distributors/new code creations & their exit/F&F, Etop up release to channels, Daily Invoicing to distributors physical & Etop up, Billed Vs Released reconciliations for E top up,RTGS reconciliation between billed vs receipts,Product price configurations in Cpos, Interface reconciliation between Cpos & SAP, NDC & Balance confirmation collections.

Essence Of Role- Key Accountabilities:

- Postpaid/Prepaid/PCO/Enterprise channel payout Analysis of monthly SAC notes, Ensuring timely SAC payouts to the channel partners, resolving channel partner & Market issues, monthly provisioning in books, Audit handling.

- R2R Monthly cost provisions & P&L closure, Balance sheet reconciliations & schedules preparation,cashflow preparation help, IGAAP & IFRS deliverables,Statutory Audit handling,Driving cost saving initiatives.

- Distributor management Managing Distributor onboarding & Exit, Invoicing- physical & Etop up and related reconciliations for RTGS, ETOP UP,CPOS etc,product price configurations in Cpos, NDC collections from distributors.

- Cost saving Projects Driving cost saving initiatives viz..sim cost, welcome kit cost, documentation cost, telecalling cost, televerification cost, cost benefit analysis of SAC schemes.

Role Dimensions:

- Sound accounting knowledge

- Well versed in Channel management & SAC payout methodologies.

- R2R knowledge of reporting would be added advantage

- Awareness of IGAAP & IFRS
