Assistant Manager- Accounts Payable Essential duties and responsibilities: Manage the 80+ Retails Stores accounting as per below description: - Process the Payment of Rent, CAM, Electricity, DG, Property Tax - Manage the Security Deposit, Capex and CWIP - Process Periodic Payments and Follow up for Invoices and details - Manage Stores' Petty Cash Expenses, Repair Maintenance - All other activities related to Store Expenses - Proper recording of Income and Expenses linked with Store Operations in the Financial System - Prepare MIS and other analysis for Management Review and prepare any additional reporting package. Keep the accounting and all MIS Updated - Prepare Details for statutory and internal audit - Analyze various transactions and identify appropriate accounting treatment - Prepare Monthly Reconciliation with all the parties - Manage all communications with Lease Owner's representative, internal employees and other external parties - Assist with preparation of annual operating budgets and financial statements - Assist the management with special projects and other tasks as assigned Mandatory to have for this job: - Good in Excel - Advanced Knowledge of Tally Accounting software - Good communication skills to manage written and verbal communications - Prior 5 years+ Experience in similar role managing at least 50+ property expenses - CA Inter/ICWA Inter having good exposure in preparing financial statement and managing budgets Interested candidates can share their CVS
