Assistant Manager - Accounts - Packaging Firm

The opportunity is with an international manufacturing company working in area of Packaging . You are best suited for the role if you are CA with 1+ years of experience.

In the role you will be :

In the role you will responsible for :

- Undertaking end to end accounting of GN plants and assisting to Manager finance with strategic planning.

- Analyze cost, pricing, variable contributions company's actual performance compared to the business plans / budget.

- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure &managing working capital.

- Developing and managing financial systems and ensuring the SPOs are being followed.

- Ensuring timely book closure and preparing monthly MIS reports including flash reporting

- Supervising account team and support to their functions

- Review of all accounting entries, trial balance statement, invoicing and all monthly closing related files/reconciliation.

- Ensuring income tax, GST and annual secretarial compliances.

- Ensure appropriateness of EXIM shipment related documents, correspondence and communication with govt. authority, bank and consultants etc.

- Timely updating of recent pronouncement with respect to laws and timely communication to other ream members

- Liaising with the auditors (Statutory/Tax/Transfer price), preparing financial statements, audit deliverable and ensuring timely completion of the same.

- Liaising with Bankers of the Company.
