Assistant Manager - Accounts - Mobile Marketing Platform - CA

Job location : Mumbai, Goregaon West

Working days : Monday to Friday, Normal day shift, No Cab facility

Requirements : We need to have candidates from Service background. Someone with relevant work exp and service company is a fit for this role.

Team: Finance and Accounts

Reporting to: Finance Head

Role:

- We are looking for Accounts professional to be part of a dynamic Finance and Accounts team. As Assistant Manager- Account, the person is required to manage accounting and reporting. Ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, compliance and should have attention to detail.

- Hands-on knowledge of statutory deductions from salaries and other allowances, direct & indirect taxes. Having understanding of fund raising, cashflow, US-GAAP would be appreciated. As a growing organization the goal is to contribute to the overall operations efficiently and automation of processes.

Job Responsibilities :

- Post and process accounting entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

- Update accounts receivables, payables and perform reconciliations.

- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

- Assist with other accounting projects.

- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

- Day to day monitoring of the accounts & scrutinizing the GL's for correctness of the entries.

- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements of all Banks.

- Maintain Fixed Assets Register (As per Companies Act and Income Tax Act);

- Manage foreign remittance and receipts

- Monitoring and ensuring the timely statutory payments and filling of various returns (viz; Income Tax, TDS, GST, PT & PF)

- Responsible for preparation of consolidate and standalone financials and licensing with the statutory auditors

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
