Helps with creation and execution of team member's growth and development plans. Key Skills: - Strong accounting background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven leadership, experience with multidimensional accounting, extensive experience in using MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, Word; ability to critically analyze the process, and seek improvements in simplification and/or automation. - 6 years' experience in US GAAP accounting, with two years in a team lead (or similar) position - Education & Certifications:- B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter / CWA Inter Hanuman
