Our client is a privately owned hotel asset company that specializes in development, acquisition and ownership of branded hotels. It is one of India's fastest hotel asset companies and derives a unique positioning from its institutional ownership model and has strong relationships with global hotel operators, large financial institutions and partners.
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of Financial Statements as per IndAS on a monthly basis.
- Monthly closing of books of accounts for preparation of MIS to be submitted to the shareholders.
- Preparation of Monthly Performance Reports, Variance Analysis as required by the Management and Investors.
- Preparing cash/fund flow statement to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilization of available funds in line with corporate goals.
- Handling day to day accounting of legal entities including transaction processing, banking, reconciliations, payments etc.
- Ensuring applicability of correct tax on the transactions processed e.g. Service tax, TDS, GST etc.
- Support in reconciliation of tax deposited and return filed with the books of accounts
- Getting the statutory audits of the entities being handled regularly and on timely basis
- Coordinating with Internal & Statutory auditors for conducting audits.

Education: CA (Mandatory)
Exp : 3+ years
Skill required: should have experience in day to day accounting, monthly closing, balance sheet reconciliation, reporting as per INDas/IFRS, handling tax matters and doing statutory audit
