Responsibilities:

1. Financial Statements Preparation:

- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS for the assigned entities.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

2. MS Excel Proficiency:

- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to streamline financial data analysis and reporting processes.

- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency in data manipulation and reporting.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Updates:

- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards affecting financial reporting.

- Ensure that financial statements adhere to the latest regulatory requirements.

4. Presentation Skills:

- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and insightful presentations on financial performance to stakeholders, including senior management and external parties.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and audit teams, to gather necessary information for financial reporting.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide financial insights.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS and Indian accounting principles.

- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant accounting software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Comfortable in travelling to outstations for various assignments.
