Position: Assistant Manager-Accounts & Finance
Team handling experience must
Responsibilities:
- Account Payable & Receivable / General Ledger monthly reconciliation.
- Provide Data / Follow up with GST Consultant and Manage Date filed in GST.
- Handling Purchase of various Items required at site. Issuing Purchase Order, Rate Comparison, Manage Payment terms, Delivery Schedule etc.
- Helping Hand to Company Secretary for ROC Filling.
- Fund distribution to Creditors as per Ageing due and Fund Realization from Finance.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS Report, Bank Reconciliation, FFR 1 & 2, Salary
- Day to day accounting of Debit Note, stock, Petty cash, Bank
- Partnership Firm & Site Accounting
- Income Tax, Profession Tax, TDS Summary, Calculation, E-payment/E-Return Service Tax Working.
- MVAT (Works Contract Act) E-Payment / E-Return.
- Maintaining register i.e Fixed Assets, Salary as per company law.
- Day to day coordinating CRM Team, Sales Team, Site In charge.
- Liaison with the Auditors for various Audit, assessments and tax matters,
- Maintaining Stock & reconciliation & valuation of Material
- Preparation of Stock transfer note, Stock Transfer.
- Accountants upto finalization.
Note : Candidate should have working experience into Real Estate / Construction company. Only male candidates preferred.
Salary offered: 8 LPA
