ACCOUNTS & FINANCE :

Responsibility for the maintenance of the proper books of account as required under the companies act and for implementation of a proper Management Information System.

1. Day to day planning and maintenance of required funds, bank balances, Cash Management etc. for smooth functioning of the operations with appropriate internal controls.

2. Preparation of periodical budgets for various aspects including, capital budgeting, sales budgeting, and expenditure budgeting etc. and comparison of actuals with budget.

3. Reviewing of Debtors, inventory holdings and sundry creditors outstanding with relevant functional people.

4. Maintenance of all inventory and other records, vouchers etc. incidental thereto.

5. To champion and ensure the implementation and successful adoption of ERP system, tally and and all other software systems and maintenance of Masters within the individual software systems.

6. Preparations of costings at regular intervals for products presently manufactured and proposed to be manufactured and analysis thereof.

7. Interaction with internal auditors and statutory auditors to complete all audit requirements and finalisation of final accounts, balance sheets and IT filings.

8. Administering the accounts and finance department in all respects.

9. Supervision of functional areas relating to purchases and supplier handling, sales & invoicing to customers, management of purchase orders and payments to suppliers and collections from customers.

MIS REPORTS :

1. Development of proper MIS reporting systems catering to the evolving business needs.

2. Responsible for generating, monitoring and presenting the MIS reports to management and other stake holders.

3. Review of reports received from various locations and teams and apprise management of the same.

4. Finalisation of P & L Accounts and Balance Sheets of all the units on monthly basis and submitting of the same to the concerned Directors together with standardised MIS reports.

5. Review and analysis of cost, profits, cost centres, profit centres, break even analysis, employee wise performance and product wise profitability etc.

6. Any other reports as circumstances may warrant.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE :

1. Compliance with company law & other secretarial matters including Conducting of Board Meetings, preparation of Minutes and filing of returns with ROC etc.

2. Compliance with Income tax laws and requirements including TDS, tax audits, tax filings etc.

3. Compliance with GST and other applicable returns

4. Compliance with ESI, PF, profession tax and other labour laws like bonus, gratuity etc.

5. Compliance with Factories Act, Shops and establishment Acts etc. and other expected compliance with laws.

LIASON WITH BANKS :

Handling of all bank related and other connected matters, including but not limited to:

1. Management of Term Loans sanctioned, release of timely instalments, repayments, scheduling etc.

2. Management of Cash Credit facilities, limits and regular operations.

3. Timely submission of required documents, certificates etc. to the bankers.

4. Preparation of Project reports and interacting with Bankers / Financial Institutions for obtaining of Project finance for New Business Proposals.

OTHER MATTERS :

1. Assist and support in analysis of New Business Opportunities and Preparation of feasibility reports etc.

2. Participating with Directors and colleagues in discussions for New Business operations and tie-ups etc.

3. Preparation of rental, lease and other agreements with the help of consultants, whenever required.

4. Development of Internal control systems.

5. Visiting locations for monitoring of the systems being used or newly introduced and co-ordinating with local heads.

6. Cross Functional coordination.
