Assistant Manager - Accounts - CA - Infrastructure

Must Have CA Qualification.

- Responsibility of handling finance functions pertaining to Preparation of Financial Models, Project Reports for fund raising/ refinancing the existing term loans and to study the viability of the projects.

- Liaising with the consortium of Banks for Debt Restructuring and Refinancing for interest cost reduction, Interest rates reset, Viability Study in line with RBI Guidelines and Project appraisal at Various Financial Institutions (FIs) /Banks, follow up for sanctions, syndication, and documentation, obtaining various approvals and satisfaction of pre and post disbursement conditions.

- Preparation of Detailed Project Reports/Information Memorandum for submission to FIs and Banks.

- Preparation of comprehensive financial models of various projects to deliver cash flows forecast, Scenario Analysis, Risk Assessment and Profitability and Viability Analysis.

- Experience into Fund Raising, Loan Management, Loan Structuring/Restructuring.

- Experience into Commercial and Residential Projects.

- Dealing with the Bankers for LC/BG Limits.
