A leading Digital Media and Process Reeingeering Organization is looking for Assistant Manager- Finance for Mumbai location.

Responsibilities-

1. To take responsibility of complete accounting and MIS of the group companies to manage the company

2. To manage team of accountant and keep the accounting records up to date

3. To manage the TDS and Service Tax payment and compliances

4. To manage the treasury related matter and cash flow of the Companies

5. To assist Head finance in various process building for project for finance point of view

6. To assist Head Finance to all the reporting, budgeting, analysis and MIS

7. To assist in creating Group level structure, F&A policies and processes

8. Provide inputs through forums to improve work procedures that can enhance overall team performance
