Job Title: Assistant Manager - Rental & Utility Processing

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and manage rental and utility processing for our retail client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in rental and utility processing and familiarity with Ind AS 116.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end rental and utility processing for the retail client, including lease administration, rent payments, and utility bill processing.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including Ind AS 116, and regulatory requirements related to rental and utility processing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to identify and resolve rental and utility processing issues.

- Develop and maintain rental and utility processing policies, procedures, and documentation.

- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to measure and track rental and utility processing performance.

- Manage and coach a team of rental and utility processing professionals.

- Support audits and reviews related to rental and utility processing.

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize rental and utility processing processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CA qualification.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in rental and utility processing.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements related to rental and utility processing, including Ind AS 116.

- Experience in managing large-scale data management projects, including data governance, data quality, and data architecture.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage and coach a team of rental and utility processing professionals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using accounting and rental processing systems, as well as reporting and analytics tools.

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to rental and utility processing
