RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensuring all Investment Management and Fund Administration invoices are validated against fund valuations and contractual terms. Any material exceptions are effectively resolved with the Relationship Managers, Investment Managers and Fund Administrators. - Maintaining validation Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and updating calculations as the result of new contracts or changes to existing contracts. - Ensuring all Investment Management and Fund Administration fees are correctly allocated to underlying funds. - Presenting validated invoices to the Accountants Payable (AP) team for payment. Providing any additional information and support required to process the invoices. - Requesting the removal of cash from funds, BACS payments and Internal fund transfers to pay for invoices in an authorised and controlled manner in accordance with delegated authority requirements. REQUIREMENTS: - Accounting and reconciliation experience working in an investment bank/asset management organization - Do not source candidates from fund accounting or NAV calculation background.
