Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles and comply with the approved policies and procedures of the company.

- Perform and coordinate all tasks and functions relate to financial reporting, Budgeting, cash flow management, Statutory / Legal Compliance, day to day functioning of finance and accounts department.

- Managing AP/AR

- Journal Entries

- FAR

- Ensuring books and accounts are maintained accurately

- Ensuring Financial processes are followed

- Payroll management

- Expense Claim / reimbursement management

- Ensuring all statutory compliance are done accurately and timely

- Maintain an accurate filling and record keeping system for all financials

- Preparation of Financial statements

- Preparation and review of various MIS

- Liaoning with consultants and other staff

- Supervising day to day work of team

Requirement:

- PG/MBA with a minimum 3-5 years experience in a mid-level Accounts position with similar role

- Must have handed US client's accounting with exposure to Xero, Quickbook etc.,

- Proficient in Tally, Excel and PPT

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

- Ability to participate in and facilitate meetings with management

- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

- Strong communication & presentation skills
