These roles are for a leading E-commerce giant based out of Bangalore:- - Please read the JD carefully Before Applying:- - The individual will be responsible for accounting, reporting and Analyzing for Marketplace Revenue, Seller reconciliation and monthly/ quarterly reporting - To ensure correct accounting of Revenue from for sales happening on platform. - While executing transactions, the individual should possess strong understanding in the areas of Financial applications and accounting standards. He/She will be working with cross-functional stakeholders for inputs and reporting requirements. - Close operational / month-end activities and ensure correct financial reporting. - Ensure all processes are operating efficiently and effectively. Lead in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiates for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process. - Understand the best practices of industry and set up benchmark for quality. - Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended. - Manage internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure compliance with Sox requirements for assigned activities. - Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required. - Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide business inputs to management. Ideal Candidate:- 1. CA 2013/14/15 batches only experience in a role handling Core Accounting, Month End Closing of Books of Accounts, Balance sheet reconciliations and reporting Activities. 2. Strong knowledge of Finance &amp; Accounting processes (Retail, Telecom, FMCG, Manufacturing). 3. Exceptional Leadership Skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 5. Customer Driven approach - Internal and External. 6. Detail Oriented, Well organized. 7. Strong work ethics 8. Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment 9.
