Assistant Manager - Account Executive
- Generating invoices, account statements and maintaining records of vouchers, payments, etc
- Reconciliations : Bank, Inter company, vendor, stock.
- Handling all banking related works
- Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- Preparing monthly financial and management reports
- Identifying and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Practical Knowledge of GST filing
- Filing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual GST returns
- Ensure compliance for ESI, PF and other statutory requirement.
