This position is for Dubai location looking for candidates from Mumbai only

Job Description for Assistant Manager-Internal Auditor (B.com/M.com and CA Inter qualified)

CTC 15000 dirhams to 18000 dirhams

Job Description:

- Conduct concurrent audits of the company, review of financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to review each and every following documents before finalisation:

- Bank Payment Vouchers

- Cash Payment Vouchers

- Petty cash vouchers

- Reimbursement vouchers

- Monthly payroll

- F&F Workings

- Bank receipt

- Interbank transfers

- Purchase Order

- Tax payments

- Periodic return filings with authorities, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.

- Monthly Bank Reconciliation statement

- Surprise physical verification of cash

- Monthly Intercompany reconciliation

- Draft audit observations to include in the monthly Concurrent Audit Report

- Provide recommendations to management for improving internal controls, processes, and procedures

- Identify, assess, and report any deficiencies or areas of improvement in a timely and efficient manner

- Adequate knowledge on Indian Company laws and Tax laws and other local regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience required:

- B.com/M.com and CA Inter/CA having atleast 5 years of experience in internal auditing

- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting standards and Internal audit skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Computer skills: possess knowledge of Microsoft Suites, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and proficiency in the use of audit and accounting software.
