Assistant Lead Partnerships
Specific responsibilities and duties include:
Support Partnership Management by:
- Supporting the overall partnership management by ensuring partner onboarding as per internal SOP.
- Supporting the team to ensure timely deliverables of data and narrative reports.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on ongoing projects to ensure overall success in the project.
Support the ongoing social recognition initiative:
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for organization and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the objective of the program is met.
- Provide support to the process partner by following up with the incomplete applicants based on the list shared by the process partner to get the required information.
- Provide support to the industry partners to ensure completion of applications in time.
- Ensure timely communications to all program stakeholders at all times.
Research & Outreach:
- Researching on potential partner companies/alliances/associations or any other as assigned.
- Building the outreach database by conducting research on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Using the research database to carry outreach as per aligned outreach strategy.
- Any other relevant task as assigned.
