Assistant HR Manager - Recruitment - Startup

Looking for a recruitment manager to help build a small team

This is for an early stage start up

MBA HR preferred but even Smart graduates can apply .

Outstation candidates can apply but should be clear about shifting to Mumbai .

This is hybrid working role

Have to do the sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes for an organization. Would also participate in company decisions regarding future staffing needs, create job descriptions and qualification lists .

Combination of fixed and variable (closure based) would be on the offer.
