Recruitment: Assistant Manager HR Recruiter for Metro Rail with Metro Rail Experience

Experience : 4-5 years

Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection life cycle process for technical manpower in Railway & Metro related projects

- Searching of qualified job candidates using sources such as Computer databases, Networking, Internet recruiting resources, Media advertisements, and Employee referrals.

- Expert in using recruiting tool like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Avature, Telio

- Coordinate with Hiring Manager for setting up interviews and feedback

- Sending out interview emails, feedback emails and other communication that is required during the hiring process

- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.

- Experience in hiring technical manpower

- Screening resumes

- Payroll

- HR Operations

- Document Management

- Recruitment end to end process

- Try to hire candidate who has the experience in Metro

- Salary Negotiation and Shortlisting

- Minimum 4 years experience in bulk recruitment
