Assistant HR Manager - Campus & Young Talent - FMCG

A renowned MNC FMCG wishes to hire an HR resource to manage the Campus relations .

The incumbent would be responsible for:

- Managing campus connect for interns and final recruits

- Employer branding

- Running Digital promotions

- Conducting regular activities like quizzes, lectures, scholarship programs etc.

Build a complete road-map for the young talent for the time-frame of 18 months.

Would work closely with the Talent team, assisting in manpower planning

Leadership hiring would be an additional responsibility for the incumbent.

The applicant should have at least 1 year post qualification experience preferably handling campus relations/hiring.

Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
