I've got a Job opening for one of a Skin care management, FMCG Companies for Mumbai location for the role of Assistant Global Brand Manager.
Purpose & Context
1. EXPECTED WORK
- Work with brand manager on developing the product portfolio and this shall include developing a vision for the portfolio, modernizing and contemporizing the format and also white space exploration for Skin Care Brand with a focus on analysing market data across multiple countries.
- In addition it shall include working on the existing projects and manage their delivery managing key researches and leading networks with regional and global teams. The candidate shall also work on India business deliverables and look at market development opportunities, independent of the format, in the market.
2. PROBLEM SOLVING
- Working with multicultural project teams which are globally located.
- Leading ambitious and tight networks while risk managing the impact on the business
- Accurate and deep analysis of market, consumer data and metrics
- Ability to work with multiple agencies and multitask across different projects
- Build hypothesis and structured argument where complete information (from different white space markets) is not available and show-casing the whitespaces mix in a way that builds excitement for across the stakeholders.
1. Development of a vision: Development of the next steps for product – in the area of claims, functionality and relevance while managing the growth and profitability of the existing portfolio and markets
2. Future market development opportunities: With a need to modernize the format and therefore explore opportunities into newer product formats, newer packaging formats and newer uses.
