Assistant General Manager - Workshop Operations - Automotive

- Should have good experience of managing Work Shop management

- Proficiency in Telugu is must

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning the work for proper utilization of manpower and resources.

- Coordinating with spares department for timely procurement of spare parts.

- Monitoring the quality of work and performance of floor supervisors and technicians.

- Identification of training needs for technicians and floor supervisors.

- Providing technical assistance and internal training for technicians.

- Effectively interacting with customers for effective problem solving and resolving warranty issues.

- Assessment of performance of technicians and floor supervisors.

- Conducting service camps, onsite repairs.

- Responsible for achieving Highest Customer Satisfaction.

- Trouble shooting the vehicles using flashing tool.

- Service marketing in order to increase in flow of vehicles and revenue generation.
