Assistant General Manager - Tax - CA - Manufacturing

Role : AGM Tax - Manufacturing at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring compliance to all Direct Tax and Indirect Tax regulations including advance tax computations, filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, service tax and VAT.

- Handling all transfer pricing and inter-co, inter-unit related compliances.

- Ensuring timely refunds of all taxes including Service Tax and VAT

- Expertise in SEZ and EOU taxation with in depth knowledge of benefits

- Oversee all agreements and create framework to ensure optimal tax structure

- Understanding of DTAA rules for global vendors / consultants and defining optimal tax structure

- Working closely with departments and consultants for all Direct and Indirect Tax assessments

- Handling International Taxation matters, Double Taxation Avoidance agreements, Permanent establishment related issues and drafting Withholding tax opinions on critical international matters

Ideal Candidate :

- 10+ years of Post qualification experience

- Leading Manufacturing companies

- CA

- Expertise in SEZ and EOU taxation

- Handling both Direct and Indirect Taxation
