Assistant General Manager - Solution Designing - Warehousing & Transportation Domain

- The prime responsibility of this position to ensure seamless cost-effective solution and overall operational efficiency for - Warehousing & Transportation- business including value additions

- Analyzing business requirements to provide cost-effective solutions and overall operational efficiency

- Handling RFI, RFP & RFQ & SOW study in detail

- Identify and interpret customer requirements mainly for solution as well as services

- Identify requirements

- Identify challenges

- SOW study in detail

- Information/Data collection from different functions

- Mail sent to respective functions for information as per format

- Follow up with functions for data/information prior to set timeline

- Data Analysis

- Support in ASIS study

- Format preparation

- Information/Data gathering and support in analysis

- Process Re-engineering

- Resource planning (Space, Manpower, Infra, Utility)

- Prepare commercial

- Prepare General Terms & Conditions

- Project Planning and Scheduling

- Perform a channel for internal communication.
