Assistant General Manager - Six Sigma Master Black Belt - Manufacturing

Manufactures a wide range of products, from room air-conditioners (Split & Window ACs) to commercial air-conditioners including Chiller, Ductable air-conditioners, Telecom Air conditioners & VRF system. Our company is not just limited to making air conditioners but also, into trading of Refrigerators, Air Purifiers & Washing Machines.

Job Location : Kadi - Gujarat

Position : Six Sigma Master Black Belt (AGM band)

Reporting to : Global Director Design

Key Knowledge / Skills Required :

- Experience of Developing Six Sigma Culture in an organization

- Delivering Six Sigma training in the organization and execute Six Sigma methodologies across the business unit

- Experience in coaching Black Belts / Green Belts on real-time projects

- Deploy the Six Sigma plan across the function and drive various Six Sigma projects, develop functional metrics & dashboard for monitoring the project

- Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt

Education Requirements : Mechanical Engineering or Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Masters is Preferred)

Type of Work / Projects Preferred (If any) : Should have extensively worked on Six Sigma Projects with proven track record of excellent project delivery.
