Job Details

1. Closure of leasing mandates

- Convince the retailer to sign up with the mall

- Coordinate with the design team to send the layouts to the retailers and seek approvals from client for shop layout

- Ensuring fit outs managements during the fit outs time with synergies with the design / pmc team at site.

- Prepare zoning of the mall and rental schedule

- Re-leasing of spaces during the contracted period of mall management.

- Competition mapping and networking

2. Collections

- Leasing as per the leasing plan as signed with developer and PPZ.

- Co-ordinate with PPZ accounts team to raise invoice

- Ensure collections from developers

- Prepare monthly MIS on collections

3. Reporting and MIS

- Review the reports made by team members

- Prepare leasing update report and monthly reports other from the direct reports and weekly hangouts

4. Team management

- Identify vacant positions in own team; interview shortlisted candidates and finalize candidates

- Set objective goals and evaluate performance of team members

- Coach, mentor and develop the team

- Conduct regular team meetings to guide the team on departmental issues and resolve escalated conflicts to build a high performing and motivated team

6. Finance

- Coordinate with the Finance dept for raising invoices as and when required.

- Follow up on invoices for payments towards fees & reimbursements.

- Work in coordination with the Finance Manager of all location to clear the debtors list, average cycle less

- Maximize creditor management cycle per individual agreement
