Experience : 10-15 years

Work Location : Pune

Industry : Technology Centers/Research & Development (Must)

MBA in HR : Full time from Tire 1 Institute

IT + R&D exposure is must to have

Responsibilities :

- Will lead team and would have directs

- This position would be a Senior HR. business partner, with responsibility for 1500 people

- Will lead multiple meetings and need to drive them.

- Would be responsible for developing and leading various HR initiatives in unit.

- Should be an independent person, who would lead with regional and global leaders

- Should be responsible for policy formation and implementation etc

- First point of contact in business, should drive business need in HR.

- Ability to take stand, lead and conclude at sr levels.

- Should be responsible to manage all HR operational parameters

- Very good understanding about all technologies.

- Will be handling complete HR Generalist activities.

- This role will handle entire Embedded, IT, Manufacturing Engineering, Asia Technology & Innovation Center
