Regional trainer (RT) / Project Supervisor
- Recruitment of circle trainers
- Onboarding of circle trainers
- Train the trainer of circle trainers
- Ensuring the training calendar for onboarding, TNI & refreshers
- Driving Daily operations for all training with the regions/project
- Tracking and driving productivity
- Process adherence
- Training quality checks
- Local Development & driving - Learning Management Systems
- Local language modules
- Tracking and driving training KPIs
- To be able to deliver the content in local languages
- Extensive Traveling across the region will be part of the job
Candidate should have experience in Direct Selling and Sales Training.
