AGM Sales @ Hyderabad
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory
- Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
- Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
- Infra build-up and business drive by D2C channels
- Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the marketplace.
- Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU
- Man Management of the sales team to ensure a highly motivated Team.
- Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ customers/ competition.
- Manage Trade marketing budgets.
- Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD.
- Custodian of the company's policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
AGE SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 40 Years
