- Candidate will work with internal strategy team at HT media along with working large agencies and key accounts of HT Media to carve out revenue strategy.
- To apply you should be part of sales strategy or corporate strategy role in BFSI or FMCG Or media background.
- Candidate must have sales background before being into strategy role.
Position: AGM, Media Marketing- Strategy team
If you are someone who is excited about building business enablers from scratch to drive revenue growth, this role shall appeal to you. As a member of the Central Strategy team, the job has very high visibility and requires the candidate to work with teams from multiple locations and departments.
The role is a strategic business development role driving revenue across partner audiences leading accounts and channel partners. Candidate will have complete ownership of the projects at hand and will directly report to the Strategy head at HT Media
Job Summary
The Job shall entail the following projects
Prime Partner Program:-
- Focusing on the leading accounts of the business, this program will need the incumbent to craft & deploy the key account strategy to drive revenue growth for the organization. Run at a national level, this program will require ideating and execute the end-to-end process for driving revenue growth in a structured and efficient manner while working with the teams from multiple locations and multiple divisions.
Work involved
1 Defining a comprehensive key account strategy across all publications for the organization planning, designing, communicating and optimizing processes for implementing the stated strategy
2 Build category-specific plans basis data analysis for insight mining
3 Engage with multiple teams to build operating plans for identified accounts to drive revenue growth - customize plans basis needs analysis and business imperatives Manage execution and monitoring

Agency Engagement
Media agencies are core channel partners in the media industry. This program aims at introducing a comprehensive channel strategy with the channel partners
Work involved :
1 Lead channel business development and partner segmentation and selection nationally
2 Overall channel strategy and development activities for the targeted portfolio
3 Conceptualize the program for a structured engagement on an ongoing basis
4 Building proactive, comprehensive channel strategy plans, partner business plans, and management of channel incentives
5 Engage with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) for developing the program construct
6 Launch the program for delivering business objectives with the resources available
7 Sustained intensity for year-around engagement
8 Business Analysis and Insight Mining
9 The individual will also be deeply engaged in anchoring multiple business analysis - periodic and ad-hoc at multiple levels.

- Lead business analysis for organic growth opportunities
- Insight mining for revenue growth opportunities
- Periodic monitoring and tracking for ensuring health of the business
