Assistant General Manager - Quality Assurance - Electrical Vehicles

Position - AGM - QA : Electric Vehicles

Education - B -Tech /BE (Mech) with 16 Year's experience from Leading automotive OEM's in EV Industry.

Role:

To lead & coordinate of QA team and establish of testing plans processes across multiple EV platforms of MDV /ICV Passenger Vehicles

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledgeable in Electric Vehicle architecture and its sub system components, Hardware and software interactions (ex. Motor Drives, High -Voltage -BMS, Cooling, Inverters, Controllers, Battery Packs, Cooling module, Chargers, DC-DC converters, ECUs/BCUs, etc.,).

2. Assure quality throughout the product life cycle, product development, manufacturing, failure analysis, production releases and servicing.

3. Drive and improve product, and automotive quality processes & Responsible for documentation for new projects and for serial production.

4. Management of on running / ongoing design improvements based on Field, Manufacturing feedback, regulatory and emerging customer requirements.

5. Lead and Facilitate Vehicle Ergonomics, Occupant safety /NVH improvements, regulatory and comfort requirements.

6. Developing QA team members through effective staff personal development reviews and dealing effectively with disciplinary issues.

7. Lead Electric vehicles quality improvement initiatives; implement proactive actions to reduce quality incidents

8. MIS data collection, analysis & continuous improvements

9. Knowledgeable on IATF16949 Quality Management Systems & documentation.

10. Exposure to ISO26262 Functional Safety Management system establish, documentation and maintenance.

11. Knowledgeable on IATF16949 Quality Management Systems compliances and

sustenance.

12. Good Communication, Leadership, Project Management skills Leadership skills, and Ability to work independently.
