Job Description -

Production

- Overseeing manufacturing related tasks for achieving the planned periodic schedules.

- Preparing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to the same.

- Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve targets.

- Leading Operations team and attaining the monthly manufacturing targets by assigning targets and tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports.

- Monitoring the overall plant status, to ensure desired quality and timely delivery of orders.

- Coordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning of plant operations.

- Reducing the input cost through purchase negotiations

Process Improvement

Identifying scope for:

- Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes.

- Oversee modifications in equipments, processes, power etc for controlling conversion cost per unit produced.

- Implementing Kaizen, 5S and Poke-Yoke methods for ensuring smooth flow of operations

- Overseeing cost saving projects implementation.
