1. Must have worked in unionized factory environment and have managed industrial relations
2. Ability to work independently and in team environment.
3. Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism. Must be capable of developing & executing action plans
4. Knowledge of employment laws and policies
5. Knowledge of Plant, Factory, Labour Laws, Statutory, Contract Labour Management, Trade Unions, Liaison with Govt. Offices.
