Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement culture strategies in line with company goals
- Design and drive the D&I strategy for the organization
- Lead the design, development and implementation of interventions tailored to meet OD needs and organisation goals
- Review transformation frameworks that focuses not just about - people- but also across processes and systems
- Liaise with the learning & development team on identifying the needs/gaps
- Build the capability of the leadership team to lead transformational cultural change in their department by coaching and facilitating business leaders
Candidate profile:
- 8 - 10 years- experience in change management and HR transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Having experience in consulting firm managing multiple projects will have an added advantage
