Assistant General Manager - Operations - Residential Projects

Job Description:

- Oversees the purchases and sales of Residential properties.

- Responsible in negotiating and draw up contracts.

- Develop training calendar and training methods.

- Develop policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer-service standards.

- Improve the efficiency of the business by reducing the turnaround time to deliver business.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate/PG with 13 -15 Years of Experience in Real Estate Residential Projects.

- Excellent knowledge with rules and regulations of real estate industry.
