- Drive the marketing strategy & revenue maximization through client sponsored events, internal events, selling of signages etc
- Implement advertising, branding & public relations strategy to increase footfalls
- Formulate yearly marketing calendar of events, branding & promotions
- Formulate annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections; with inputs from Advertising and PR, Revenue Maximization & New initiatives
- Review Advertising & PR strategy, assess credibility & commercial feasibility of advertising & PR agencies
- Review creative campaign, oversee execution of events, monitor performance of agencies
- Conceptualize ideas for revenue events, approve rate cards for events & signages
- Drive customer and retailers satisfaction surveys to review performance of the centre
- Ensure that all permissions from government for events, signages, hoarding and all other marketing interventions are in place, in coordination with the Liaison team
- Work closely with retailers, Advertising, Public Relations, Market Research, Event, Media agencies, government etc
