Assistant General Manager - Investor Relations - CFA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

- MBA candidates from a premier B School /CFA with 8 - 12 years experience in Investor Relations in Corporates

- Work on investor presentations, Investor Relation

- Dealing with Private Equity Investors who have invested in the group's office business

- Meeting the reporting requirements of the Investors

- Working on various financial analysis as may be required for the assets in the Portfolio

- Working on financial models, valuations, etc.

- Working on any other equity fund raise exercise that the Group may enter into

- Business Finance - Working with business teams on various business initiatives, strategies, etc.

- Work on financial feasibility for new asset acquisitions
