Role : International Sales AGM
Experience : 12-16 years
Job Responsibilities :
- Business development in different regions of the world to generate enquiries and sales and grow market share.
- Mapping customer requirements in terms of products/services/solutions that needs to be offered to the end user/customer.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and channel partners and building new relationships in every region.
- To monitor market intelligence vis--vis competition & existing and forthcoming business opportunities, also to document and generate a database of the same on the CRM.
- To participate in global conferences, events, shows & exhibitions on behalf of the company. To initiate and lead the preparation of bid documents and undertake international bid participation/presentations/submissions as required.
- To independently assist and accompany various delegations and liaise with concerned internal departments in order to effectively discharge any such responsibilities.
- Managing the international sales team of 20-30 people To read and understand contracts being signed with various customers globally.
Requirements :
- B. Tech or MBA is a must.
- Candidates with both degrees will be preferred.
- Prior experience and understanding of international business - understanding of UCP Terms, INCO Terms Understanding of government business.
- Experience in managing at least 15 people Should be able to travel internationally at least 50% of the time Candidates outside Kanpur may apply.
- They have to be present in the Kanpur office from Monday to Friday. Company guest house will be provided to candidates outside Kanpur.
- Other expenses have to be managed by the candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Candidate should have a gobal mindest with exposure to different cultures.
- Understanding of some international languages is preferred. Candidate should have good presentation skills.
