Assistant General Manager - IT (FMCG/FMCD/Retail)
Key Deliverables:
- Understand the process frameworks, coordinate and manage on-site resources to follow the processes and meet project objectives; ensure process adherence and quality of documents from the global delivery teams.
- Project management across applications. Should have clear understanding of Application integration technologies and implementation. Will own all integrations between applications as well and ensure no downtime architecture.
- Work with organisation functions to understand and define their business requirements.
- Work with the users, to assess the technical and functional fit of new applications (COTS or custom)
- Drive the continuous development of technical solutions, to improve processes and efficiency across the company.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of IT project/application management experience (multiple applications) and should have strong experience working in an agile environment.
- ERP (oracle) experience - functional level understanding a must.
- Prior coding/designing experience is must - JAVA, C#, sql. Should have clear understanding of databases and sqls as well.
- Should be versed with latest SMAC/latest technologies. Should have worked in ERP environments
- Experience at leading teams implementing corporate wide enterprise solutions is important.
