JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Creating executing the IT strategy and plans and continuously upgrading technology for driving competitive advantage for exponential growth of the organization.

- Should be responsible for the adoption of new IT solutions and platforms across business.

- Develop and administer IT operating model for supporting the IT infrastructure, applications, network and security as well as executing new IT projects and digitization initiatives for the company.

- Prepare detailed capex and opex budgetary requirement for 1-3 years after analyzing the requirements from various business functions

- Build required business solutions after defining the solutions scope and objectives and develop detailed project plan and resource requirements to deliver projects.

- Should be responsible to ensure appropriate IT security practices are adopted and implemented to ensure exposure to IT security breaches are minimized.

- Development key performance indicators and SLA's for all support and delivery requirements

- Should have hands on experience in supporting and delivering SAP enhancements

Detailed Job Responsibilities :

- Own and implement the information technology strategy roadmap for the company.

- Provide leadership and decision-making support by establishing IT governance within IT and with other BUs / Functions.

- Define and Implement the framework for managing large IT projects and digitization across the organization

- Own digital journey of the organization and manage the initiatives to take them to completion including integration of all applications, data management and data warehousing.

- Ownership of all IT services and maintenance of existing IT systems and, oversee IT operations, including analyzing KPIs and SLA's from vendors / partners

- Accountable for the IT ecosystem including cloud and on-premises infra, front-end and back-end applications and database.

- Manage IT-business relationship; represent Technology in business discussions and ensure necessary technology capabilities as needed to deliver business strategy are developed
