Assistant General Manager-HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Implement initiatives for continuous learning and skill enhancement.

6. HR Policy and Compliance:

- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws.

- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters related to HR.

7. Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.

8. HR Technology and Analytics:

- Leverage HR technology solutions for efficient data management and analytics.

- Utilize data insights to drive informed decision-making in HR strategies.

9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 13+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
