Job Description:
We are a Cult, a Tribe in our own Right. We are looking for a self-starter; process driven;result oriented and raring to go HR Specialist for the post of People's Officer who will be responsible for the following:
- Creating, implementing, regularly evaluating and institutionalizing all Human Resource Department Policies, Procedures, and Structures;
- Ensuring all Legal and Statutory Compliances related to the Scale and Genre of the Organization.
Preparing timely reports as required by the Statutory Bodies at State and Central Level;
- Analysing the Human Resource requirements of the Organization in line with the envisaged growth plan, creating and executing a time-bound road-map for achieving the same;
- Ensuring effective reference checks qualifying the merit and integrity of new recruits making the most of the social media and the internet;
- Writing the Job Descriptions for all open positions and ensuring timely and appropriate recruitments to close the loop;
- Designing Induction Program for New Recruits;
- Attendance, Travel, Leave Records, Advance/ Reimbursements and Payroll Management;
- Planning and Executing Compensation and Benefits for Employees;
- Designing and Executing effective Rewards and Recognition Programme;
- Managing Health and Life Insurance Programs;
- Designing, Documenting and Monitoring the Key Result Areas for all Employees;
- Designing and Implementing effective Training and Development Programs for the Employees in an endeavour to optimise the Organizational Learning Curve.
- Ensuring regular evaluation of employees for subject matter knowledge (both organizational and domain specific);
- Designing and Facilitating Half-Yearly and/or Annual Employee Performance Management System;
- Ensuring that all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Ensuring Well in Time Succession Planning for Critical Posts in the Organization;
- Tracking Department Budgets;
- Responding to Employees' queries and resolving issues in a Timely and Professional manner;
- Ensuring Documentation of Proper Exit Interviews for parting Employees;
The Ideal Candidate for this Position should have:
(i) 8-12 years of proven track record demonstrating the above-mentioned required skills;
(ii) Post-Graduation with Specialization in HR from a reputed Institution;
(iii) Strong knowledge of labour legislations and payroll processes;
(iv) Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process;
(v) Undeterred Commitment towards Professional Integrity;
(vi) Adept in contemporary methods of head-hunting for all open positions;
(vii) Impeccable communication skills and knowledge about social media;
(viii) Good knowledge about Media and Social Media;
(ix) The attitude to learn, adapt and quickly implement;
(x) A logical problem solving approach;
(xi) Immense respect for team work;
(xii) Good interpersonal & networking skills;
(xiii) Willingness to travel across the country
