Job Purpose:
- Identify and develop Human Resources' knowledge and competencies through performance appraisals / counselling, competency mapping for both MS and NMS Employees.
- Ensure zero stoppage of the plant on account of Industrial Relations.
- Motivate, encourage people participation through 5-S / suggestion scheme / SGAs / Committees, etc., through creating ownership at other senior management level and welfare activities.
- Adhere strictly to all statutory obligations pertaining to Labour Legislations and ensure no penalties are imposed.
- The purpose of this job is for designing and implementation of all HR & IR processes / plans related to Plant through covering the people resource planning, people knowledge identification, competency development, people involvement process, communication process, Industrial relations, Employee engagement, reward & recognition process.
Job Role:
- Streamline Contract Labour Management through identifying the gaps and initiating action.
- Ensure HR/society surveys are done and based on feedback, necessary initiatives are taken up.
- Designing and implementation of all HR processes / plans related to Plant covering People resource planning, People knowledge identification development, People Involvement process, - Communication process and rewads & recognition
- Incumbent is responsible for medical and S&F departments activities.
- Lead in carrying out the analysis to get meaningful interpretation for Management's action.
