- Will be managing the HR / IR operations includes Employee Relations, Union Management Relations, Grievances Handling, Union Management, Legal Issues and Court Cases, Payroll Management, Policy Formation & Implication, Statutory Compliance, employee engagement, Manpower Planning, Training & Development & MIS.
- Ensuring HR policy design and development, related amendments to the employee regulations & rules and other administrative issuances in consultation with organizations- strategies & program through various policies and wage settlements.
- Sharing the compensation structure with the new joiners and ensuring adherence to statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and gratuity & bonus
- Managing legal cases in consultation with the advocates and senior councils and liaising with Govt. Authorities; addressing & resolving IR issues & formulating suitable policies/strategies to build & maintain employer-employee relations.
